PK68 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Pakistan's Betting Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to PK68. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PK68 platform available at pk68.life, including all betting, gaming, and casino services offered by PK68 to players based in Pakistan. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on PK68, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

PK68 operates as an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All services are delivered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible via web browser on any device. These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be understood by everyone who uses PK68, not just lawyers. 2. Eligibility

To use PK68 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK68 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts that cannot provide satisfactory verification.
• You must be accessing PK68 as an individual for personal, recreational use. Corporations, partnerships, and commercial entities may not hold PK68 accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from PK68 or from any other gambling platform and that exclusion period remains active, you are not eligible to open or use a PK68 account.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you are under any legal disability that prevents you from contracting, you may not use PK68.

PK68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active PK68 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where PK68 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination. PK68 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the account holder.

Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PK68 account password and login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PK68 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to PK68 support immediately.

4. Deposits

PK68 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Deposit Processing

Standard deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your PK68 account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day to reflect. PK68 does not charge any platform fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your PK68 account are legally obtained and belong to you personally. PK68 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time as part of our anti-money-laundering procedures. Deposits identified as originating from illegal or fraudulent sources will be returned and the account will be suspended.

• Deposits made in error should be reported to PK68 support immediately.
• Failed deposits — where funds leave your payment account but do not appear in your PK68 balance — should be reported with transaction reference numbers for investigation.
• PK68 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your PK68 account must match the name on the payment account used for deposits.

5. Withdrawals

PK68 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your PK68 account.
• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds subject to those requirements.
• PK68 may request identity verification documentation before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. This is a standard account security measure.
• Funds deposited via card may be subject to return to the originating card in accordance with payment industry requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PK68 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including the welcome deposit bonus, the Refer a Friend programme, and periodic promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all PK68 promotions:

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements before any withdrawal attempt may result in bonus funds being removed from the account.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus expiry: PK68 bonuses expire after a specified period from the date of activation. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically. The expiry period is stated in each offer's terms.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific game categories (e.g., slots or sportsbook). Using a restricted bonus on excluded games may result in voiding of related winnings.
• Abuse and fraud: PK68 takes bonus fraud seriously. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or using automated tools — will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

PK68 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via the platform.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and Esports betting on PK68 including cricket, football, and all other markets available on the platform:

Placing Bets

All bets placed on PK68 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. PK68 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.

Void Bets and Refunds

• PK68 may void bets where a market was offered in error, where the underlying event was cancelled or abandoned before completion, or where obvious pricing errors occurred.
• For cricket matches, a match is considered complete for betting purposes once at least one innings has been fully bowled. Specific market rules for shortened matches (DLS method, reduced-over games) are detailed in the PK68 cricket betting rules documentation.
• Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's PK68 balance.

Maximum Win Limits

PK68 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding the maximum win limit will have their returns capped at the stated maximum.

8. Casino Games

PK68's casino section includes live dealer games (including Andar Bahar), jackpot slots, and standard slot games. The following rules apply to all casino activity on PK68:

• All casino games on PK68 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for slots and certified dealing equipment for live dealer games. Outcomes are independently audited and are not manipulated by PK68.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any individual player's results within a session or across sessions.
• Live dealer game rounds that are interrupted due to connection issues are typically resolved using recorded footage of the round. In cases where a round cannot be determined, the stake is returned to the player's PK68 balance.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. PK68 reserves the right to verify the integrity of any jackpot win and may place a temporary hold on payout during verification. Fraudulent jackpot triggers will be investigated and forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed in the game interface on PK68 before any bet is placed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PK68 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on PK68.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using PK68 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained illegally, through fraud, or from unauthorised payment sources.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with PK68.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including through the opening of multiple accounts, hedging bets to guarantee bonus cashout, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value.
• Attempting to launder money or use PK68 for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PK68 staff or other players.

PK68 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will provide information about accounts and transactions when legally required to do so. Attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10. Account Security

Protecting your PK68 account is a shared responsibility. PK68 takes extensive technical measures to secure your account and data, and we ask you to take reasonable steps on your side as well:

• Use a strong, unique password for your PK68 account. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your PK68 account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account — including unrecognised bets or transactions — to PK68 support immediately.
• Be alert to phishing attempts. PK68 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.

PK68 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred as a result of the account holder's failure to take reasonable security precautions. However, we will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action to protect affected accounts.

11. Responsible Gaming

PK68 is committed to responsible gaming. We want all players to enjoy the PK68 platform safely and within their means. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover money that has been lost.

PK68 provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit in a day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after a change request.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limits activate immediately.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to alert you when you've been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from PK68 for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your PK68 account and block re-registration. Self-exclusion is a serious, permanent step. We will not accept requests to reverse self-exclusion from players who are actively experiencing problem gambling.

12. Privacy & Data

13. Limitation of Liability

PK68 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability where we took reasonable steps to prevent or minimise such unavailability.

PK68 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from the player's own technical issues — including internet connection problems, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind arising from the use of PK68.
• Decisions made by the player based on third-party betting tips, strategies, or advice not provided by PK68.

Nothing in these Terms limits PK68's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by PK68's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PK68 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PK68 will notify active account holders via email to the address registered on the account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform when you next log in.

Continued use of PK68 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using PK68 and contact support to initiate account closure and final withdrawal.

Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent substantive revision.
